About Me

Anita spent her childhood in a small town near San Diego, CA; later moved to the City to go to school and work. She has been involved with some phase of the construction industry and real estate business ever since.

Her first job was with the largest title company in San Diego while going to school at night. During those years, she became acquainted with many builders, developers and realtors and had a variety of experiences in handling bulk sale transfers, commercial and residential real estate transactions. Those experiences at the title company provided a great background for understanding the intricacies of real estate transactions, and the sales end of the business.

Another contributing factor is her exposure to the building industry; reading plans, obtaining building permits, and procuring the construction as well as permanent financing.

In addition to the normal hours of education to become licensed as� a Sales Agent, then as a Broker, Anita has taken advantage of numerous other educational opportunities including obtaining the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations investing much time and money to enable to her to better serve her clientele.

Anita was with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty in St. George for many years. Most recently she is principle broker of Vista Real Estate and enjoys helping her clients achieve their goals whether it is selling, buying or managing their properties.
